Terms and Conditions document is a legal agreement between 'vinas marketing planet', hereafter vinas, and the Client for the purposes of marketing the products only.

The Courts of Lucknow, India, are the only Courts we consider and intend to submit. The Website reserves the right to accept or reject a user's registration without explaining why.

You will receive an additional email confirming the dispatch of the products once your order is conditional (i.e., dependent on availability and acceptance by us). When you receive a response from us about the dispatch of your product, our agreement becomes definitive. All communication will be done electronically. Orders that are pre-paid will not be processed until payment is received. When you place a COD order, we will not process the order until you confirm that you have received it and responded to it. Despite the fact that you placed an order, we are entitled to refuse to enter into a contract with you for any reason.

Once the request is placed it is an express intention to purchase the product and the same may/may not be cancelled, depend on product to product mentioned on the Website. Based on the information provided by the User and subject to verification of the same, the requests will be accepted by the 'vinas' for processing and the same will be confirmed via Website/e-mail.

vinas/ tiney does not warrant that product description or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.

neither vinas nor tiney(website) shall not be responsible if some purchase request is not registered or is lost due to any network problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear/ disruption in the network or non-receipt of payment from banks/payment gateways and/or the cost(s) charged by the network operator(s). Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the end customer and the network operator without involving vinas/tiney.

The purchases of products from this Website by You, does not transfer/enure any of the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights related to the products, their design or concepts to you.

Delay in services due to unforeseen circumstances

• In the event of a delay or failure of delivery due to an event beyond our control, such as a strike, lockout, accident, or anything resulting from a natural disaster (force majeure event), we will not be liable.
• During the period of Force Majeure Event, we are deemed to be suspended from performing any Contracting obligations. There will be an extension of time for the duration of that period.
• Despite the Force Majeure Event, we will try our best that our contractual obligations can be performed in a timely manner.

 

 

Pricing and Charges

tiney aims to ensure that prices of all products offered for sale are true and correct. However, from time to time, the prices of certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information. In each such case and incase of non-availability of the product, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, 'tiney' reserves the right to cancel the order without any further liability save and except for the refund of any amount charged against it.

Any discounts/offers provided on the Website shall also be subject to the terms of the said discount/offer along with the terms of these T&C and other Website documents.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and the User shall be made aware of the same before making payment.

Prices are subject to change without any notice. All prices on this Website are in INR. For international cards used on the Website, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
